Refund Policy

1. Advance Payment

The advance payment made to initiate any project is generally non-refundable because it covers project planning, research, consultation, resource allocation and initial development activities.

2. Milestone-Based Refund

If a project is cancelled during development, the refund (if applicable) will be calculated based on the remaining unfinished work. Charges for completed milestones, approved work and utilized resources will be deducted before processing any eligible refund.

3. Eligible Refund Cases

• Duplicate payment made accidentally.
• Payment received for a service that has not yet been started.
• Refund approved by mutual written agreement.
• Technical issue caused by our billing process.

4. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are generally non-refundable once work has started or the service has been delivered:

• Website Design & Development
• Mobile App Development
• Custom Software Development
• Graphic Design & Branding
• SEO Services already performed
• Digital Marketing campaigns already executed
• Consultation and Strategy Services

5. Domain & Hosting

Domain registration, web hosting, SSL certificates, premium themes, plugins, APIs, third-party software licenses and other externally purchased services are non-refundable because these are purchased from third-party providers on behalf of the client.

6. SEO & Digital Marketing

SEO and Digital Marketing involve continuous effort and cannot guarantee specific rankings or business results. Payments made for completed work, advertising spend or campaign management are non-refundable.

7. Project Cancellation

If a client decides to cancel a project after work has commenced, payment for completed milestones, approved deliverables and time invested by our team will be deducted before determining any eligible refund amount.

8. Refund Processing

Once a refund request is reviewed and approved, the refund will normally be processed within 7–15 business days through the original payment method or another mutually agreed method.

9. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team with your project details, invoice number and the reason for your request. Each request will be reviewed individually based on our service agreement.

10. Policy Updates
