3. Project Approval

A project will officially begin only after the agreed quotation has been accepted and the required advance payment has been received.

4. Payment Terms

All projects are executed according to the agreed quotation and payment schedule. Clients are required to pay the agreed advance amount before work begins. Remaining payments must be completed as per the agreed project milestones.

5. Project Revisions

Reasonable revisions are included as mentioned in the project proposal. Any additional revisions or scope changes requested after approval may incur additional charges.

6. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate project requirements.
• Share content, images and documents on time.
• Review submitted work within a reasonable period.
• Provide timely approvals to avoid project delays.

7. Intellectual Property

Upon receiving full payment, ownership of the completed project will be transferred to the client unless otherwise agreed in writing. We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless the client requests confidentiality in advance.

8. Confidentiality

We treat all client information, project files and business details as confidential and do not disclose them to third parties without permission unless required by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

WebGrow Digital Solutions shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or business losses arising from the use of our website or services. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the respective project.

10. Project Termination

Either party may terminate the project with written notice. Work completed up to the termination date will be billed accordingly. Advance payments already utilized for completed work are non-refundable.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be published on this page and become effective immediately after publication.
